1. Thank You

Collect photos of the youngest generation in your family. Then create a collage of these little faces, and write across the bottom: “Thank you for ensuring the safety of the littlest generation!” Deliver your collage to a service member you know or you can drop it by a recruiting office.

2. Breakfast of Champions

Invite veterans in your church (along with their families) to your home or gather at a restaurant for a delicious breakfast or brunch in their honor.

3. Memory Box

Decorate a sturdy cardboard box that has a removable lid with military decorations. Give the box as a gift for your treasured veteran to store memorabilia.

4. My Hero

Along with your children, make a list of all the reasons you respect and honor veterans. Mail the letter to a veteran you know, or present it in person.
