Preschooler Mother’s Day Gift: Flowerpot Crafts
First, cut out flowerpot shapes from brown construction paper. Then have kids fold a piece of card stock in half and glue the flowerpot shape to the bottom front of the card. Then have children tear, wad, and glue tissue paper pieces to the top of the card and connect the flowers to the pot by drawing green stems.
Next help kids write on the flowerpot, “Thanks for helping God’s love bloom in me!” Help preschoolers sign their card on the inside as a gift for someone special on Mother’s Day. Tell them they can give this card to their mom or another very special woman in their life.
