Experts say kids, who may not be able to articulate their feelings and thoughts well, often exhibit feelings through behavioral issues adults need to pay attention to. Share this game with families to encourage healthy communication and laughter. Encourage them to keep the supplies on hand and play once a week (or as often as desired) when children seem to be struggling with emotions.
