Official Rules - Group's Weekly Children's Ministry Giveaway

Group's Weekly Giveaway (the "Drawing") is sponsored by Group Publishing, Inc. located at 1515 Cascade Avenue, Loveland, CO 80538 ("Group Publishing, Inc." or "Sponsor").

ODDS OF WINNING EACH WEEK DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Drawing takes place each Monday. THIS DRAWING IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY NATIONAL, STATE, OR GOVERNMENTAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Employees of Sponsor and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter the Drawing.

2. TO ENTER: Complete the form and submit your response by drawing time. Multiple entries by different individuals using the same e-mail address or by one individual using multiple e-mail addresses will not be considered valid. Automated or mechanically generated entries are ineligible. Sponsor will review all submissions and approve/decline submissions based on relevance to the actual product experience.

3. PRIZE DRAWINGS AND PRIZES: The Prize Drawing will be conducted and the prize awarded, subject to verification and compliance, as follows: (a) Winner will be chosen in a random drawing at or around noon each Monday. Winner will be drawn from among the eligible entries received during the Entry Period, subject to verification and compliance. Winner will receive promoted giveaway item for that week, including shipping. No cash value.

4. PRIZE LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are nontransferable and non-endorsable. No substitution of prizes is permitted except that, if prizes are unavailable at the time they are awarded, Sponsor may substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes associated with the particular prize.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify the potential Prize Drawing Winner by e-mail within five (5) business day(s) of the respective selection date. The Drawing Winner's first name, last initial, and home state may appear on Sponsor's marketing materials, including website properties.

6. ENTRIES: All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any problems or technical malfunction.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Drawing, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules.

8. RELEASE: BY ENTERING THE DRAWING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD SPONSOR HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

9. GOVERNING LAW: This Drawing and the rights and obligations of the Sponsors and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Colorado.
