Everyone gets to play, but everyone gets left out in this
version of Tag.
Scripture: Romans 15:5-7
You'll Need: Two balls per team and a Bible
Form teams of six. In this game, teams pass their balls without
letting another team steal their players. Kids can run, stand, or
jump as they pass the balls among their team members without
getting tagged by someone from another team. If a child gets tagged
while holding the ball, he or she joins the other team. The goal is
to be the team with the most people at the end.
Read aloud the Scripture.
Afterward, ask:
- What was it like to get tagged in this game?
- When have you wanted others to be in your friend group as much
as you wanted to tag people in this game?
- How can you accept others the way Jesus does?
