A great way for your class to show their appreciation and say
thank you to our military personnel.
- Thank You -- Collect photos of the youngest
generation in your family. Create a collage of these little faces
and write across the bottom: "Thank you for ensuring the safety of
the littlest generation!"
- Breakfast of Champions -- Invite veterans in
your church and family to your home for a delicious brunch in their
honor.
- Memory Box -- Decorate a sturdy cardboard box
that has a removable lid with military decorations. Give the box as
a gift for your treasured veteran to store memorabilia.
- My Hero -- Along with your children, make a
list of all the reasons you respect and honor your veteran. Mail
the letter, or present it in person.
