Say: I’m sure you’ve heard of a bear hug, but
how about a prayer hug?

Form a circle and have kids “huddle” by putting their arms over
the shoulders of the people next to them.

Lead this cheer: Two, four, six, eight. Thank you, God,
we appreciate __________.

Then have each person in the circle shout out one thing he or
she is thankful for.

End with the group cheering: Yea, God!
