Scripture: Genesis 1:11-12

You’ll Need
A Bible,
plates,
bowls,
plastic knives and spoons, and
napkins.

For each child:
one 8-ounce package of cream cheese,
1 tablespoon seltzer water,
2 tablespoons light brown sugar,
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 chopped red apple,
graham crackers,
1 thinly sliced red apple

Children's Ministry Local Training

Have kids mix their cream cheese and seltzer water until smooth. Add sugar and cinnamon. Fold in chopped apples. Spread on crackers and top with one apple slice.

As kids eat, read aloud the Scripture.

Ask: Why do you think God made so many kinds of fruits and vegetables? How do all the foods God created help us?
