You’ll need a large plastic tarp and lots of shredded paper.

Spread the tarp in a large, open area and form a pile of shredded
paper in the center. Let preschoolers jump in the “haystack” and
play in the hay. Talk to preschoolers about how God created the
seasons, and in the fall we often celebrate the harvest. Let kids
talk about other fun things they can do in the fall, such as
picking apples, carving pumpkins, or raking leaves.
