Little ones in your nursery and toddler
rooms love receiving presents; you can help them learn how fun it
is to give gifts as well.
Before Christmas, send a note home with
parents requesting they bring a wrapped, age-appropriate book
highlighting the true significance of Christmas. Have a few extra
books on hand for visitors or in case a family doesn't bring a
book, so every child receives a gift.
The weekend before Christmas have toddlers place the books in a
circle. Then let each child select one book to unwrap and take home
for Christmas.
