Use this twist on a favorite baby and toddler game to teach
about Jesus' Resurrection.
Form a circle with the little ones in your nursery and tell about
how people put Jesus in a dark cave where they thought he'd stay.
To represent this, place a small figure such as a LEGO toy person
in a cup. Tilt the cup sideways so children can see inside it
easily. Then tell children to cover their eyes with their hands,
and remove the figure from the cup. Say, "Peek-a-boo!" and have
children open their eyes to see the empty cup. Reveal the figure
and say, "Jesus is alive!" Play several rounds to help little ones
know that Jesus is alive this Easter.
