4 Compelling Reasons to Come to KidMIn

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd
of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight
that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily hinders our
progress. And let us run with endurance the race that God has set
before us.” Hebrews 12:1

If I were competing in the Olympics (and there are very good
reasons I’m not), I would choose a team sport. I like watching the
individual athletes, but this hypothetical decision reminds me of a
conversation I had with my oldest son when he was little. I asked
him if he’d rather play a sport like singles tennis or hockey. He
thought about it for awhile and said, “I’d like to play on a team
so sometimes I could rest.”

Well, there are more benefits than resting on a team. I think
about Ecclesiastes 4:12 that says “A person standing alone
can be attacked and defeated, but  <span
class=”Highlight”>two can stand back-to-back and
conquer. Three  <span
class=”Highlight”>are even  <span
class=”Highlight”>better, for a triple-braided cord is
not easily broken.”

With this in mind, let me give you the four reasons you
need to come to our national KidMin Conference this

------------------------------------------- | Kids love our Sunday School resources! | -------------------------------------

1. You’re not alone! Even if you come by
yourself, we’re intentional about getting you in relationship with
others through conversation, REAL learning, round-table workshop
settings, connect groups, and more. You won’t be alone at KidMin.
And you won’t be alone after you leave. Your new friends will stand
back-to-back with you throughout the year.

2. Your team can grow. It’s amazing when
you pull away from your ministry as a team to gain new perspective.
You’ll hear from trusted experts and from in-the-trenches peers.
That problem that’s been dogging you in your team’s performance or
your ministry? You’ll find new ways of tackling that challenge at

3. We celebrate you! It’s not often that
you get to stand on the podium to receive a medal for the amazing
commitment you bring to ministry. We’ll celebrate you and applaud
you. We understand your heart and so do thousands of other people
who are longing to gather with you to celebrate, most importantly,
the Champion Savior we do all of this for.

4. You can rest. You work hard all year
long. Come and get refreshed with people who understand your heart
and what matters most to you. Come take a nap. Come let us minister
to you and let the Holy Spirit minister deeply to your

I hope you’ll come to KidMin! Check it out soon as our
conference fills up fast.
